Customer service awful they refuse to give us l00m they want you to pay for internet 800m something I dont need and make you jump thru hoops to get the lowest price and they lie on the phone to you just so you hang up. Just switch to another company after being with this company for 8 years I've seen my bill go from 50 to 120 in months for no reason. They give upgrades with out your knowledge or permission the list goes on but one things for they are not afraid of public back lash or loosing faithful customers

And here comes the sneaky charges and getting nowhere on the phone. I moved to an apartment and with the apartment came free xfinity service. First week had to move to a different unit due to some code thing. So I called and had the service moved. The guy came and installed new modem but old modem was locked in old room. Tech told me to bring it back or get charged. Great. Did that a few days later. A month later I get a bill for $100 for having a technician come out, after being told the only potential charge would come from.not returning the modem. No mention of $100$ house call for a supposedly free service. So it can be off. I'm not paying sneaky people to rip me off. This apartment complex has over 200 units and every one xfinity and it's paid for by the property management company. Do the math. I think they can afford to move someones service a couple doors down. Good riddance Xfinity!! You are lame.

Bad experience with Gabe at 3801 Palendale Ave. I had an issue with a new phone purchase and the simple solution was to exchange it for a 512 GB model. Unfortunately, Gabe refused to honor the online promotion. During the interaction, I felt pressured and dismissed. When I tried to explain the situation, he responded with, “It’s up to you if you want it or not,” and “I know what I’m doing — I do this for a living, sir.” The customer service felt unhelpful and condescending. I decided to take my phone and drive to the Xfinity store in Manteca instead, where I was assisted by Brandon, the manager. The experience there was the complete opposite. I didn’t have to repeat or defend my situation — he immediately honored the online promotion and even waived the restocking fee of $35 without me asking. The entire process took less than 15 minutes. I was able to exchange the iPhone 17 Pro 512 GB for $5.55 (device only) after my trade-in. Big difference in professionalism and customer service between the two locations. I highly recommend the Manteca store if you want efficient and respectful help.

The employee Dillinger Loor was absolutely amazing and helped me so much! I had my three-month-old with me, who of course decided to get fussy after our 30-minute drive and a little wait in the store. It turned out my husband (who works Monday- Sat out of town and could not go himself) got the wrong information, that I could pick up the item instead of him, from the 1-800 number and we thought my drive was gonna be for nothing! Dillinger said he could help, that it might take a while, but he would work as fast as he could! He was so kind and patient—guiding me through everything, answering all my questions, and solving every issue super quickly. He walked me through every step on my phone instead of having to come back another day and didn’t mind at all while I juggled calming the baby. I honestly have never experienced customer service this wonderful anywhere. I’m so grateful!
